FESTIVAL INFORMATION
Waikoloa Music and Culture Festival presented by Kaulana Group, is taking place Saturday June 14th and Sunday June 15th, 2025. We can't wait to see you there!
Doors open at 2:00pm. Last act ends by 9:00pm.
The festival will take place at the Waikoloa bowl at Queens garden.

Waikoloa Music and Culture Festival will not provide any access to free wi-fi during the festival. Mahalo for your understanding.
Items you MAY Bring:
To ensure everyone has a clear view, a hāli’i, towel, mat or ground cover is preferred.
Lawn chairs are allowed with the following restrictions.
Only low-back or beach chairs. No taller than 11 inches from the ground are permitted.
Sun protection such as hats, sunglasses, pareu, or reef-safe sunscreen
Personal bags or fanny packs (subject to security check)
Your aloha spirit, respect for ‘āina, and good vibes
For safety, cultural integrity, and out of respect for all guests, NO exceptions will be made for the following
prohibited items:
NO Coolers (hard or soft-sided)
NO Large bags, water backpacks, camel packs, or bota bags
NO Hydroflasks, insulated flasks, YETI, etc.
NO Pets or animals (Service animals are welcome)
NO Umbrellas (please use hats or pareu for shade)
NO Video cameras or professional photo equipment
NO Toy guns, water guns, or similar items
NO Chains (including chain wallets, belt or decorative chains)
NO Fireworks, firecrackers, or flammable materials
NO Weapons, knives, sticks, bats, or clubs (including signs attached to sticks) or other items deemed unsafe by the event organizers.
NO Musical instruments (our stages will provide all the mele you need)
NO Inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, or bicycles

NO Items that stake into the ground
NO Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
NO Unauthorized alcohol use or underage drinking
NO Unauthorized sales, flyers, or promotions of any kind
A Few Final Notes:
● All items are subject to security screening upon entry.
● The festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest violating these policies.
● These rules are in place to protect the safety, culture, and enjoyment of all attendees.
THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT:
● Acts or threats of violence
● Drunken or disorderly conduct
● Destruction of property
● Possession and/or use of illegal drugs
● Underage drinking
